3-month Program

This 12-week trauma-informed journey helps you understand your patterns, regulate your emotions, and begin responding to life with clarity, compassion, and confidence. Through weekly coaching, practical tools, and grounded support, you’ll start noticing real shifts towards feeling less reactive, more aware of your needs, and more capable of setting boundaries and caring for yourself with intention.

1:1 on-going services

After completing the 3-month Foundations Program, many women want continued guidance as they integrate their tools, navigate real-life challenges, and deepen the inner work they've begun. Ongoing coaching offers a steady, compassionate space to keep expanding your self-trust, practice new skills, and explore the deeper layers of your healing at a pace that feels right for you.

Hi, I’m Tee, an empowerment coach.

I know what it feels like to move through life disconnected from yourself… always holding it together, putting others first, overfunctioning, or repeating old patterns that leave you overwhelmed, guarded, or unsure of what you really need. For years, I did the same. I hid parts of myself, ignored my boundaries, and tried to feel safe through perfection, people-pleasing, and emotional armor.

My healing taught me something life-changing: safety is built within.

With over a decade of experience in the trauma field, I’ve had the honor of supporting women through some of their most vulnerable seasons. Now, through my coaching program, I offer a different kind of support; one that’s deeply personalized, nervous-system-aware, and designed for women who are ready for real, lasting change.

I help women untangle old patterns, understand the why beneath their reactions, and reconnect with the grounded, confident version of themselves they’ve been missing.

My approach is equal parts compassion, practicality, honest reflection, and a safe space to be seen, supported, and guided back home to yourself.
